Casino Bill In Arkansas
Arkansas voters approved Amendment 3 in the Nov 2018 election legalizing casino gambling and authorizing the state to issue casino licenses for the first time ever. Saracen Casino is the third casino licensed in Arkansas and the third owned by the Quapaw Nation. Arkansas, meanwhile, has cut the casino gambling tax. Amendment 100, in addition to allowing the establishment of new casinos in Jefferson and Pople Counties, dramatically cut taxes on. Arkansas voters have approved a measure legalizing casinos in four counties, including at a horse track and dog track that already offer video poker and other electronic gambling.

The governor sent in a company of state troopers to shutter the casinos and burn their gaming equipment. Receipts of more than $150,000,001 will be levied a 20 per cent tax.
